If a technician leaves and you need to update the name associated with a key, our replacement key process is designed to ensure a smooth transition. Contractors are responsible for requesting a replacement key, which will be reprogrammed with the new employee’s name.

 

Please note the following:

 

- Shipping Costs: The contractor will be responsible for all associated postage and delivery costs for returning the old key and receiving the new one.

- Key Return: The old key must be returned to us before a replacement key can be issued.

 

This process ensures that the key remains properly registered and tied to the appropriate employee, helping maintain the security and integrity of the system.
